SCAC implemented the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to design, analyze, and manage the complete digital definition of the Sukhoi Superjet 100. The platform enabled 3D part and assembly design, engineering analysis, specification and tolerance management, ergonomics modeling, and knowledge capture. An integrated environment connected the design office, western suppliers, and manufacturing plants for real-time model access and early discrepancy detection. Digital mock-ups replaced physical prototypes for ergonomics validation and supported direct transfer of data to CNC programming and production systems.
