Lamps Plus, a 45-store specialty lighting retailer, moved to an 800,000 sq ft DC and implemented Manhattan WMS plus Labor Management on IBM i. The system enforced scan-based workflows, integrated LXE mobile devices for hands-free picking, and triggered perpetual cycle counts. Results included 98-99.8% inventory accuracy, 99+% store fill rates, elimination of manual processing and physical inventories, and lower labor requirements while supporting assortment growth.
