Lake Cities Municipal Utility Authority in Texas upgraded from three incompatible SCADA systems to a single ICONICS platform. The deployment integrated GENESIS64 HMI/SCADA, Hyper Historian, AlarmWorX64 Multimedia, and MobileHMI to monitor 21 lift stations, three elevated tanks, and 46 sewer pumps. DNP3 communications were maintained with existing Servelec Tbox PLC/RTUs. Results included unified data, reduced false alarms, and mobile access for operators using iPads.
