During COVID-19, Kendra Scott faced store closures and reduced DC capacity. Using Manhattan Enterprise Order Management and Store Order Fulfillment, the retailer connected store, DC, and 3PL inventory to enable ship-from-store fulfillment. Implementation was completed remotely in six days, allowing 13 stores to ship over 95 percent of allotted capacity.
