
K8 WMS Implementation at Electrical Distributor Eyre and Elliston
Case study of Eyre and Elliston replacing legacy Rev 7 with K8 WMS across 59 UK branches and 300 users while upgrading network and servers.
Eyre and Elliston, a UK electrical distributor with 55,000 SKUs, executed a full K8 deployment to replace an aging text-based system. The project included gap analysis, custom data conversion for large order files, a two-stage order margin review, and simultaneous go-live at all branches. Infrastructure upgrades covered WAN, Citrix, servers, and failover. Post-implementation results showed 95 percent efficiency from day one and high user acceptance.
