Deli XL, a Dutch foodservice wholesaler, deployed Manhattan Associates solutions to modernise operations in one national DC, one temperature-controlled DC, four regional DCs and ten satellite sites. The project addressed short lead times, thin margins and growth constraints created by heavily customised legacy systems. Manhattan Warehouse Management, Slotting Optimisation and Supply Chain Intelligence were selected to improve visibility, automate fulfilment and support future scalability alongside SAP ERP and an ATG e-commerce platform.
