The City of Grapevine upgraded its water treatment plant, booster stations, wastewater facilities, and 31 lift stations after facing support and FCC narrowbanding issues. Staff selected GENESIS32, AlarmWorX32, ReportWorX, WebHMI, and OPC UA Server, then executed the project internally across IT, traffic, and utility teams.
