At Home, a 261-store home decor retailer, upgraded from basic BOPIS to full omnichannel fulfillment using Manhattan Active Omni. The phased rollout activated buy online pickup in store and curbside first, then added ship-from-store and drop-ship. Store associates gained photo-guided picking, optimized routing, and in-app curbside notifications that reduced system toggling. Customer self-service tools for returns and order holds were also deployed.
