ARMO Group Federation Tower Building Automation Case Study
Case study of ICONICS GENESIS32 HMI/SCADA deployment managing 21,000 data points across HVAC, power, fire, and elevator systems in Moscow's Federation Tower.
ARMO Group implemented an OEM version of ICONICS GENESIS32 within Johnson Controls Metasys M5 to automate the West Tower of the Federation Tower complex. The system integrates over 1,600 devices using LonWorks, BACnet, Modbus, and N2 Open protocols. It supports 41 MVA electrical capacity, 35 MW cooling, and 42.5 Gcal heating with centralized monitoring, alarm archiving, and multi-workstation visualization.
GENESIS32 integrated 21,000 data points from 1,600 devices across 14 building systems
Multi-protocol support included LonWorks, BACnet, Modbus, and N2 Open
Seven fixed and two mobile workstations connected to 96-panel video wall
Data archived to clustered servers with role-based online access
Scalable architecture planned for expansion to 50,000 data points
